Café Rewards

NOW YOU CAN...

* Earn rewards points on select items throughout the store such as our popular Lavazza Blue and Lavazza Espresso Point Cartridges¹ 

Points will be converted to a monetary discount of 5% of the total number of points redeemed. For example, you can redeem 100 points for a $5 discount on your purchase.²

* Choose how and when to redeem your points

Use some or all of your points on your next purchase, or use none and save them, accumulate more, and use your points at a later date.³ 

* Earn 100 points for simply referring your friends to our store⁴ 

* View a summary of your points at any time by simply logging into your account⁵

1. Points will be allocated at Aroma Café Culture's discretion and are subject to change. Points are accrued when an order is processed online, and may not appear on the account summary page until the order and payment have been fully confirmed. If an order is cancelled or returned, the rewards points accrued with the purchase will be deducted from the customer’s account.  You must be a registered customer of Aroma Café Culture to accrue and redeem points.  Wholesale customers are excluded from the Café Rewards Program.

2. Discount for redeemed points is not applied to shipping and handling charges or taxes where applicable.

3. If customers choose not to redeem any points, they will earn points on the purchase. If customers choose to use some or all of their accrued points, they will receive a discount on the current purchase, but will not earn any points on the current purchase. Customers may then choose whether to use existing points to earn a discount on the current purchase, or not use any points to earn points on the current purchase.

4. Points will be awarded ONLY when the referred customer makes a purchase. Existing customers can refer friends by clicking the “Tell a Friend” button on any product detail page.

5. Point totals will be displayed in the customer account under “View Your Café Rewards” and at checkout if the customer has a positive points balance.
