1. Does the Lavazza Espresso Point machine require a waterline hook-up? (top) One of the most wonderful features about the Lavazza Espresso Point system is that it is a portable machine, thus, it does not require a water-line hook-up. You can constantly move it from the conference room to the break room or whatever room you would like to enjoy your Lavazza!
2. Should I turn my Lavazza Espresso Point machine off after I finish using it? (top) We recommend that when your Lavazza Espresso Point machine is not in use, you simply leave it on. This keeps the machine warm at all times, and prevents a fuse from blowing out.
3. The "Power On" light blinks every now and then. Is there a problem? (top) The "Power On" light serves as a tool for measuring the machines internal temperature. Therefore, this light may blink for several minutes when the machine needs to warm up (when making cappuccino) or cool down. This is normal and will not affect the machine's performance in any way. If the light blinks continuously for over 15 minutes, please turn off the unit and call your respective dealer for service. One of the thermostats may need to be replaced.
