About the Lavazza Coffees
The organoleptic features in the coffee depend on the composition of the blend, but above all on the distinction between 100% Arabica blends and blends containing both Arabica and Robusta.
The various types of coffee coming from Brazil and from Central America means Lavazza can obtain different blends in terms of flavor and aroma: a full chocolaty flavor when Brazilian coffee is predominant, compared to notes of fragrance, freshness and delicate acidity in the case of mild Arabicas from Central America.
In blends containing a percentage of Robustas, Asian origin coffees give an intense and strong flavor, whereas those from Africa result in a full and chocolaty flavor. Blends containing Robustas are more full bodied than those containing 100% Arabica.
