Dosage (of ground coffee): 6.5-7.0 g Temperature (of the water when it touches the ground coffee): 90-95 degrees Celsius Pressure (of the water onto the layer of coffee): 9 Atm Time (of the extraction of the beverage): 25-30 seconds Volume (of the beverage in the cup): 25-30 ml, or 0.85-1.18 oz. |
