PRIVACY POLICY:

When you authorize us to contact you via email for upcoming special offers or promotions by checking the provided box in the order form (the box will be checked by default), you will be added to our internal mailing list and may occasionally receive an email from us, detailing new products introduced and/or seasonal items or special offers. This is strictly an Aroma Café Culture internal mailing list and will never be exchanged or sold to any other company, organization or individual. If you change your mind about your inclusion into this mailing list, you can opt out of it at any time by sending us an email with your request to be removed, and we will do so within 48 hours.

SALES TAXES AND FREIGHT RATES:

Sales taxes of 8.25% will be added on all orders shipped within the State of California (except on purchases of coffee and other food products not subject to sales tax). Sales taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed on your order form prior to final order confirmation.

SHIPPING INFORMATION AND TRANSIT TIMES:

All orders will usually be shipped within 1-2 business days if placed before 1 p.m. PST. If placed after 1 p.m. PST (4 p.m. EST), orders will ship out within 1-3 business days. Therefore, please remember that an order placed on Friday afternoon cannot be shipped until the following Monday.

We ship within the continental U.S.A. only. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico will incur special UPS air charges. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or Military APO addresses. A street address is necessary in your shipping instructions.

Aroma Café Culture ships via UPS Ground (delivery in 1 to 5 business days, depending on how far you are from our Southern California facilities), 3-Day Select (guaranteed delivery in 3 business days), or Next Day Air (guaranteed delivery the next business day). Once again, weekend days (Saturday and Sunday) and major holidays do not "count" as business days, so please take this into consideration when estimating the arrival of your package.

Effective April 3rd 2008 Aroma Café Culture will provide free Standard UPS Ground shipping for orders totaling $99 (before tax) and over within the contiguous 48 states. Orders placed before April 3rd, in the amount of $99 and above, are not eligible to receive the Free Shipping discount.

Please be advised that Aroma Cafe Culture, Inc is not responsible for delays in UPS transit times due to poor weather conditions and natural disasters.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?

We will send you a confirmation e-mail as soon as your order ships. Because our warehouse ships until very late in the afternoon however, it may be possible that a shipment confirmation email with related tracking info is not sent to you until the business morning after your order has shipped. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, chances are you may have mistyped your email address while placing your online order. It happens more often than you think... If this is the case, please send us a separate email with your correct address, and we will manually send you an order confirmation.

Finally bear in mind that, although the tracking number is issued as soon as your package is prepared by our warehouse, it takes the carrier (UPS) a few hours to pick up the shipment and input its information into the online tracking system. Therefore, for the first few hours after receipt of your Shipment Confirmation email, checking the status of your order by using the provided tracking number may return a "Tracking Number Could Not Be Found in UPS Database" message. Just wait a few more hours (up to 12 may be necessary) and your tracking information will eventually show up into UPS' database.

RETURN POLICY, SATISFACTION GUARANTEED:

Our policy is simple: if you are not satisfied with the product you received for any reasons, please let us know by calling our office within 30 days of receipt of the product at 310-743-2030 (no e-mails please), and we will either substitute it at no charge or refund your purchase in full (excluding freight charges) by crediting your credit card account. For all returned merchandise (coffee and equipment) returned within 30 days, a restocking fee will apply. Restocking fees are as follows:

15% restocking fee on all Un-opened boxes of coffee or cartridges

50% restocking fee on all machines

Open boxes of coffee and cartridges are not returnable.

Any damages to your shipment must be reported to Aroma Cafe Culture within 5 Business days of your packages arrival date. Please call 1-877-567-2233 to report any damages. PLEASE DO NOT open any item that arrives in a damaged package, once the package has been opened, credit for damages will not be given.

If we do need you to return a product because it is found to be defective (equipment) and/or expired, we ask that you pay for the return freight to us and we will reimburse you for the freight to your account.

WARRANTIES:

All coffee and espresso machines come with limited warranties. See products for exact warranty. Aroma Café Culture, will repair or replace all Lavazza Espresso Point machines without charge, provided that the owner has proof of date of purchase of equipment. The following is covered within the one year warranty period on Lavazza Espresso Point machines:

Full Diagnostic of machine

Full internal and external cleaning of machine

Check of all working parts and replacement of parts if necessary as a result of defective materials of workmanship

All Lavazza Espresso Point machines are warranted against defective materials or workmanship. The warranty is considered void if the product has been damaged by accident, during shipment, as a result of unreasonable use, neglect, improper service, repairs by unauthorized personnel or as a result of using non-purified or filtered water. This one year warranty is effective only if the product was purchased from Aroma Café Culture, Inc and does not extend to units that were purchased from other distributors or from any online unsolicited vendor such as Ebay. Additional warranties can be purchased from Aroma Café Culture for $90.00 for one year and $150.00 for two years.

Should the need arise for repairs or replacement parts within the warranty period, please call our Customer Service Department at 310-743-2030 Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm PST.

Customer is responsible for all freight charges.
