What is a Recurring Delivery? A lot of our customers are simply crazy for Lavazza. To ensure that they never run out we've implemented a program of automated delivery: place a recurring order once, and we'll continue to deliver that order at the interval you choose - weekly, monthly, or quarterly. There's no minimum to buy, and you can opt-out of recurring delivery at any time.

Can I place a Recurring Delivery for someone other than myself? Yes! Recurring Delivery from Aroma Cafe Culture makes a great gift. You can set up as more than one Recurring Delivery, so you can enjoy a Recurring Delivery yourself, and give someone else a Recurring Delivery too!
When will my credit card be charged? Your credit card will be charged the Recurring Delivery amount at the schedule you chose (weekly, monthly, or quarterly).
Can I cancel my Recurring Delivery? You can cancel your Recurring Delivery at any time through the My Account Page.
When will the Cafe Rewards show up on my account? You will be rewarded Cafe Rewards on your order at the time of each shipment.
Can I redeem my Cafe Rewards for credit toward my future Recurring Deliveries? Unfortunately, you cannot redeem your accrued Cafe Rewards points for credit toward your Recurring Delivery purchases due to recurring payment policy. You can however redeem your points on other purchases you make at Aroma Cafe Culture outside your Recurring Delivery.
